Academic Journal Management System

An open-access peer-reviewed journal platform that manages the entire editorial process — from submission to publication — in a single panel.

Overview

International peer-reviewed journal software that brings together author, reviewer and editor workflows, double-blind peer review, issue and archive management, DOI and PDF publishing, and a Turkish–English journal website.

The Academic Journal Management System was developed so that universities and scientific organisations can run their peer-reviewed journals to international publishing standards. Submission, initial screening, peer review, copyediting, production and publication follow a defined workflow, and every step is recorded.

The journal website is published in Turkish and English with the current issue, archive, editorial board, publication policies, author guidelines, indexes and announcements. Readers access articles with open access; every article is provided with a DOI link and a PDF file.

Why this system?

  • Brings the scattered editorial process run through emails and spreadsheets into a single panel.
  • Shortens review times with double-blind peer review, reviewer forms and reminders.
  • Makes journal performance visible with indicators such as average time to first decision.
  • Delivered with an organisation-specific installation, domain and visual identity.
