The event website is published with the call for papers, themes, committees, important dates and programme. Authors submit their papers, editors assign reviewers, and reviewers submit their evaluations through the panel.
Participant registrations, registration types, discount codes and payments are tracked from the admin panel. During the event, sessions, speakers and rooms appear in the programme; attendance is taken via QR code, and certificates of attendance are generated automatically and shared with a verifiable link.
